Mahaj Ryad Centre

In a city known for its beautiful architecture, it’s not surprising that the rentable office space in Rabat has something special about it too. Regus Ryad Centre is a striking modernist structure that forms part of an incredible business park in the centre of the Hay Ryad commercial district. Inside the angular walls of this hyper-modern building, you’ll find offices, co-working spaces and meeting rooms, all with high-speed Wi-Fi connections and temperature controls. Each space is well lit by the façade of glass panels that cover the centre, and access to the building is impressively secure, with an electronic ID card system and monitored security desk.

Stepping out of the building, you’ll find yourself on Avenue Annakhil – one of the main thoroughfares of the city, filled with restaurants, shops, gyms and other amenities. You’re also just a short journey away from the Theatre Mohammed V, as well as many of the incredible historical monuments in and around Rabat. These are easily accessed thanks to the Arret Aswak Assalem Bus & Coach Station, which is only a fifteen-minute walk away. Alternatively, a quick taxi journey to Rabat Agdal Train Station connects you to the rest of the city – and the whole of Morocco.
